Company event photo sharing

For a holiday party, offsite, or conference, a QR code lets employees upload their photos from the phone browser, with no app to approve and no accounts to manage. HR or the events team gets one private album to review, show on a screen, and share internally. The Corporate plan adds your logo and moderation controls.

Nothing for IT to roll out

Guests use the browser they already have. There is no software to install on company devices and no employee accounts to create or remove afterwards.

You stay in control of what is shared

The host can remove any photo and decides whether attendees can browse the gallery or only upload. Nothing is public unless you share the link.

Useful after the event

Download everything in original quality for the intranet or the recap email. A highlight video and a printed book work well as a thank-you to the team or a sponsor.

Questions

Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code or tap the link, and the upload page opens in their phone's browser. There is no app to install and no sign-up, which is why older relatives use it too.
Do you track our employees?
No. The guest upload and gallery pages set no cookies and load no analytics or advertising scripts.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union (Finland), with encrypted backups in Germany. If your company requires US data residency, Heysnaps is not the right fit today.
